About me
I’m Marilia, an international recruiter and career consultant with over 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across Europe, North and South America.

I began my career at Manpower Peru, recruiting internationally for Manpower USA, and later specialized in IT and software engineering recruitment with a software company in Spain. These roles gave me a solid, hands-on understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring decisions in competitive, global markets.

Through MS Talent Solutions, I support both companies and individuals. I offer recruitment services as well as 1:1 career guidance sessions, helping professionals clarify their direction, articulate their value, and navigate international job markets with confidence. Always from a recruiter’s perspective.

Culture
I thrive in diverse cultural environments. In Peru, my HR role took me across the country, allowing me to immerse in regional cultures. Later, I worked with USA-based teams, gaining insight into their unique dynamics, and most recently, my experience in Spain deepened my understanding of European work culture.
