A New Chapter: The Career Clarity Studio
in Stockholm

What if reconnecting with your career story was within reach here in Stockholm? That’s exactly what I’m building.

After months of shaping ideas, testing activities, and imagining a space where people can explore their career story with honesty and confidence, I’m officially launching The Career Clarity Studio, a small intimate workshop space dedicated to young professionals, career transitioners, and job seekers here in Stockholm.

This project is deeply personal. After many years working in Talent Acquisition, across several countries, I have seen how often people doubt their abilities, minimize their achievements, or feel lost even when they are doing everything “right.”
The Career Clarity Studio was born from that: a place where people can slow down, reconnect with their story, and find direction again — without pressure, without comparison, and with guidance that feels human.
Each workshop gathers a small group of up to six people in a warm, private space (which I’m now renting in central Stockholm for both workshops and 1:1 sessions,📍MötesRum). Together, we use a mix of reflection, career mapping, practical exercises, and guided exploration.
You can think of it as a structured, thoughtful pause, a 75-minute moment to understand your path, your strengths, your experiences, and your next steps with more clarity.

The structure includes:

✨Exploration + Sharing – small-group conversations to learn from each other
✨Closing insights – a simple integration of everything discovered

The Career Clarity Studio grows naturally from my work at MS Talent Solutions and my collaboration with Fysioterapistudion — three projects that allow me to work even more closely with the communities I care about.

Creating The Career Clarity Studio has become one of the most meaningful steps in my life — a blend of my experience in HR, my passion for guidance, and my desire to build something supportive and accessible here in Sweden.
