About me
I’m Marilia, an international Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in technical recruitment across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

My career began at Manpower Peru, where I worked on international recruitment projects for Manpower USA. Later, in Spain, I specialized in software engineering and technical recruitment within complex engineering environments.
Through this work I supported hiring for engineers contributing to mission-critical engineering initiatives, including:

I thrive in diverse cultural environments. In Peru, my HR role took me across the country, allowing me to immerse in regional cultures. Later, I worked with USA-based teams, gaining insight into their unique dynamics, and most recently, my experience in Spain deepened my understanding of European work culture.
