Free Mentoring: Professional Pathway Peru

A free, four-session mentorship program designed for young people in Peru (ages 18–30) who want to understand how the working world works and take their first professional steps with confidence.

Program Description

Ruta Profesional Perú is a free group mentoring program for young Peruvians who want to prepare for entering the job market or accessing academic opportunities in Peru and abroad.


This is not a CV writing course.


It is a program that offers practical sessions focused on employability, professional development, and international orientation, based on the real-life experiences of Peruvian professionals in Europe.

What will you learn?

Session 1 – Professional Mindset and the Reality of the Job Market

How the job market really works and what companies are looking for.

Session 2 – Building Your Professional Brand (CV + LinkedIn + Storytelling)

How to build your professional profile even if you have little experience.

Session 3 – Networking and Real Opportunities

How to access opportunities without relying solely on applying.

Session 4 – Interviews, Adaptation, and Career Decisions

How to maintain intercultural communication and convey your true value.

Who is this program for?

This program is for you if:

 

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old and live in Peru.

  • You are currently studying, finishing your studies, or starting your professional life.

  • You want to understand how to enter the workforce.

  • You are looking for your first job or to improve your professional profile.

  • You are willing to commit to the process.

This program was created by a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with international experience in Europe and Latin America, with the goal of closing the gap between young Peruvians and the real world of work.
